- my regular grocery checkout cashier upon enquiring as to why I was present the day after Chinese New Year (kinda used to this by now; and wait, are flights back even on?)


Just a sign-of-life post here, after gaining a few kilos over Chinese New Year, despite a lot less bak kwa than usual (and no, they're not strictly keto, but I'm tapering off the diet anyhow); more content to follow soon.
