All Heated Up

It's been a fairly busy last few weeks, some of it attributable to getting to know the new car, which has indeed been largely-zhng-ed (but still awaiting some final touches). Temperatures locally have also been... oppressive even at night, to say the least, and one can easily believe heatstroke-worthy wet bulb readings are being hit on the regular. This has already cost my poor curry leaf plant most of its leaves in a couple of broiling afternoons, so it'll be a relief when the rainstorms finally return. This doubly goes for domestic football, which has seen the Football Association of Singapore president challenge a disgruntled fan to settle with him face-to-face, after the Young Lions got dunked on 0-7 by traditional rivals Malaysia at the SEA Games. Well, the way it's going, perhaps they might be well served diverting the funds to boxing instead...
