Yes, the last Twilight Struggle: New Moon update was over three months ago, and I do hope to move on to Action Round 4 soon. The Afghanistan's situation gone as predicted in Action Round 2 on the first of October at least, with various reports of Russia indeed negotiating with the Taliban, on getting some of those U.S. arms that Uncle Sam had so graciously gifted them, in exchange for recognition and other considerations. Fresh manpower's seemingly also in the offering too, and one only hopes that the American military had the presence of mind to set some booby-traps, or at least some trackers... right? Right?
