How this came about, was from news that the Once And Future GEOTUS has been looking into annexing Canada, invading Mexico (to deal with the drug cartels; and I suppose if any land is tangentially occupied in the process... they can take their time to figure out what to do with it 😊), purchasing Greenland from Denmark to build some fine hotels for legitimate national security reasons (and for a fair price; and it's not like the Danish were using it much, and they were looking to sell out not all that long ago) and reclaiming a minor canal from Panama (hey, the U.S. built it in the first place, makers keepers)

To begin with, some much-needed perspective:


Let's just say the record of those betting against him...
hasn't been all that great


The serious, in-depth analysis of all these proposals will have to wait their turn in Twilight Struggle: New Moon, but suffice to say that they all make solid strategic sense - especially as a unified package. And frankly: who's gonna stop it from happening?
